We wish to invite my unmarried sister in law sometime in Sept. 2007. She is currently employed as a school teacher in India. My parents in law are both retired and getting pension. They own some property and have some bank balance. However nothing is specifically in my sister in law's name except the bank a/c where her salary gets depoisted. She is a joint a/c holder though to all the bank a/cs. She can stay here for no more than 2-3 months. We have heard that getting Visitor Visa for unmarried females is very tough. Can someone shed some light on this? Given the situation could someone reccomend the documents that she should carry with her for the interview? Of course my husband is will to show the sponsorship from our side.
