I am in US & my 2 year old daughter ( american citizen) is in India. Can my parents who have visitors visa bring my daughter along with them into US ? I believe a notarized letter from my behalf is to be given.
Pls inform me what documents/letters are to be given for POE . Will there be any problem if visitors bring their grandchild into US ?
Also will notarised letter given by me alone is sufficient since I am the mother or should the letter be signed by my husband also?

Why do they need a notarized letter? THey do not.

They just need to carry a simple letter of invitation from you as all visitors carry, regardless of the accompanying child.

At airport entry in US, they wil have to go through separate immigration counters. One for US citizens is different from one for visitors. Your parents won't be able to go through the US citizen counter.

I guess you call the airline , how to work this out. Maybe the airline staff can assist in getting your child through the USC counter .
