    In your scenario, all of you applying is suicidal. The best thing to do is for your wife to apply alone and travel first.
    She stands a good chance for these reasons;
    *There is a high rate of parents' visa denial and you should play it safe. With your job and salary, funding one person at a time is safe.
    *If she applies alone she will have two members behind which will convice the officer that she will return.
    *A mother is the most "natural" to visit her son FIRST ,of all the family members.

    Once she comes back, you can apply. Your daughter stands a slim chance for a casual visit because she is young and single
    and requires funding from you for the trip.

    These are the docs required;
    1 An invitation letter (addresed to the visa officer) from your son , inviting his mother for a trip of about 3 months. A copy of his visa, passport, enrolment evidence in his course, copy of his birth certificate showing his mother's name.

    2.Your job and income evidence; your salary slip from the bank or a letter from the bank showing your status and income.
    Other evidence, may not be looked at but should carry:
    Tax returns and other deposits, property papers, insurance policies. Get a CA to write on his letter head your all investments
    and your net worth.
