Visa for my mother

My Mother appeared for visa interview on Nov 6th and got rejected stating that she did not show enough evidence of returning back to India . She is a widow and has one Son studying in the college in India . Iam her only daughter on H4 visa ( My husband is on H1B) . My Mother also has her widowed aged MIL staying with her in India . My mother has her own house and a site in her name in india

We want to try another chance now . The only thing that has changed from the earlier time is that my brother ( applicant's son) has finished his college and he is working in India .
Will this improve the chances of getting the visa? Any other tips for this time to improve the chances of getting the visa ?

your situation sounds very similar to mine..my mother is a widow and my brother is there still studying...she got refused twice now...once in may 2006 and again in may of 2007...i booked another one next july.. both times it was 214(b)...we are going to keep trying until we get one...every situation is different, it all seems so random that it hard to know what will work...just have all the docs ready, most importantly, prepare for the interview...what language did she hhave the interview in?

She gave the interview in English . Next time iam planning to choose one of the local languages.
But does that really matter ?
