I have actually filled the I-134 and posted back home to India, as my parents interview is in June 3rd week.
I do notice that at the top right corner of the form that i used it mentions "OMB No. 1615-0014;Exp 04-30-07" and at the bottom of I-134 it mentions (Rev 06/17/04)N (Prior versions may be used until 09/30/04).
Someone please advice if it is okay to have sent the filled I-134 form inspite of the message regarding the expiration of the I-134 version being displayed on the form? Is this something that its missed to remove from the form which is misleading or is the form really expired and meant not be used?
