Query I-134
Hi ,
I am s/w engg. I am planing to bring my mon to US for a month.
I have a couple of question
1) How much balance should be present in bank account so that sponsoring wont be a problem? I am looking for the average minimum amount.
2) Question number 2 of I-134 which asks for age and resided since info,
i have been in US for a short term from aug 2006 to dec 2006 and came back to US on march 2007 so which date should i show here Aug 2006 or mar 2007
3) i have an aunt(my mothers sister) w/ family in US who has green card. Who will be in a better position to sponser her so that the probability of getting a visitor visa is more.
