Inviting family from Singapore

Hi,

I am a US citizen. I am planning on inviting my sister living in Singapore during Christmas 2007 to US for a couple of months. Has anyone had any experiance with the US embassy in Singapore. I just want to know what sort of documents should I send for her to come here. Is it the same set as specified in the Vistor visa information here?

She is a permenant resident of Singapore so I assume she can apply in Singapore and not go to India for the visa application.

If anyone can get back to me on their experiance, it would be great.
