need help to take visa appiontment

hi everybody,

my mother and father regected visitor visa twice in chennai
First one at 2004 december 7th WE have H1
Second one at 2005 feb 14th -EAD
both time same as 214b reason.Now i'm trying to apply again this year .can i apply visa for my parents together or separately is better.My father is govt employ ,he is still working.my mother house wife.
please give me suggestion which way is better.

It may really help if you applied for them seperately. Do your parents have other family ties in India?

yes i have two brothers . here i'm married ,staying with my husband .my big brother working in hyderabad,another brother still studying
