  • both children in US

    Hi,

I am planning to invite my parents over to the US.My husband is sponsoring their visit and we are preparing all the necessary documents. My question is whether my brother ,who is also in the US has to provide any documents or is it enough if my husband sends the sponsoring and other documents.please advise.

    Thanks

I suggest you to send papers of both(you and your brother).

    All the best.

      hi,
if your husband is sponsoring, i don't think you need to send your brother's papers...you just have to check the right box on the DS 156 form on question no 37...if they ask, then you tell the truth, but don't unnecessarily bring attention to the fact that both you and your brother are in the US. besides, your husband is the one that is sponsoring...not yor brother. what are their ties back home?
