Question on DS-156

I have a question on Q: no: 17 in DS-156 (Marital status)

My mother is a widow and when I fill in the DS156 online, I don't have an option that says "widow". There is an option "widowed" (I donnow what does this mean). The completed form in PDF shows "Widower" instead of "widowed".
So what should I select here 1)Married or 2)widower

Thats right

Man "Widowed" is the Correct Word. No word like Widower
