Affidavit/cover letter

1)Can my father in their affidavit of assurance of return and in the cover letter mention he has to perform his father's spiritual death rites every year being eldest son and hence come back to India stating this as one of the reasons why my parents will come back to India? Is this worth mentioning or not vaild?


2)My parents reside in a leased house , which is for 3 yrs and they would get back the amount 3 lac + after 3 years when the lease gets complete. So can this be for any reason considered as investment and hence be mentioned in property affidavit. Appreciate any feedback.
