I want my parents to tell at the visa interview that I have another sister or brother. I am the only child. Is it OK to say that since both my parents are retired and I want to improve their chances of getting the visa.

I can't wait to see how that works out - specially when the consular officer ask them about how old is s/he, her/his names, when was s/he born, etc etc etc.
I think you're under the VERY WRONG impression that a consular officer is slightly more intelligent than a piece of paper.
Bottom line: it is never a good idea to lie. And if they get caught - kiss their opportunity of getting a visa bye-bye for a loooooooooooong time.
