Paretns got Visa

Hi All,
Thank you very much for the help and support.
My parents got their Visa on the May 29th - first attempt.
we are just 2 kids, Both my self and my brother are in US. My Brother sponsored, The application did not have my name, but my paretns did take my details and passport copies , just in case,
The VO did not ask much,
Father and Mother: Good morning sir
VO: how many children?
Father (F): 2
VO where is the other?
F: the younger one is also in xxx city, xx state
VO: Tell me reason why you would be coming back?
F: All my relatives are in India, I have to take care of my Mother-in-law, all my property is here in India and also i dont want to leave my house .... i want to stay in my house only.
VO: how much property do you have
F: xxx amount and was about to show the papers.
VO: not necessary, your Passports will be posted to you, good luck

The VO did not ask any questions to my Mother, she was happy. anyways i asked them to prepare since a week. I just asked both of them to read through the forms themselvs ... so that they get a feel of things. They also googled and found a big list of questions ... dont know where.
Anyways the hard work was not of much use ... but they got enough confidence now.

can you please provide some information on the background.
- Is your brother or you a greencard holder?
- Is your father or mother working?
- Which language did they attend the interview in, and which consulate?

Both my brother and my self are on H1
Both my Parents are retired
They opted to talk in English, though they were not fluent, they did practice.
They had their interview in Chennai consulate.
