i came to united states on 18 aprl i came on a b1/b2 visa which lasted amonth. i met my girlfriend on the 19 of aprl. got married on 31 may, we love each other and we are just starting life as husband and wife, we have bank accounts together, lease agreement, light bill ect. car insurance and she has changed her name on all her important documents, we cant do much more because we have not file the document to imigration, i want to know if they are going to give us a hard time because she keep worring and say if they let me go back to my country she dont know what she is going to do, can you give me some information so i can understand it better?

The truth is: before granting permanent residency based on marriage, DHS looks at the facts of the case. Your case, in all honesty, smells of 'scam' - your intent was all along to marry a US citizen in order to stay in the US.
I don't see this working, Mr Jamaica - but give it a shot - stranger things have happened, than meeting someone and marrying him/her one month and a half later
