  • Parents visa rejected thrice with out evn looking at the documents

My parents visa has been rejected 3 times in the past 1n half year. And the last two time they havent evn looked at the documents and when i look at this forum they keep telling to submit or change the documents from the last visa. but i really dont understand whats need to be changed each time because i submit all the docments and really dont know what extra to submit and what needs to be changed.

And iam the only daughter for my parents. how exactly do my parents have to proove the vo. my dad has a own business , farms and immovable properties and he will have to take care of his mother. What do they mean by jus rejecting without evn looking at the documents.

I need some help regarding how to go further and also i would like to apply in the next 2 months.. Any suggestions would be appreciated

    Hi Kmkr,

Can I know what is the language they have applied visa for and did you sponsor for visa or were they sponsoring themselves.

I am also sailing in the same boat. <y parents visa was refused 4 times. On of my friend that after initial visa refusal they donot evenlook at the papers for 2 years atleast. So we have to wait. They are just crazy. My father lost all the hope of coming here and he died last year. Now i am trying for my mother after giving a years times. lets hope.

AMCON does not have to look at the documents

AMCON or American Consulate officials do not HAVE to look at the documents. They have given visas to hundreds and thousands without even looking at a single piece of document.

Also, I think the rules were changed recently, that you can file as many times as you want, after a gap of a few days. I'm not clear on this, but have known people who actually filed several times in a span of six months and did finally get the visas.

Of course, you lose a lot of money!

If you do need to spend money, get a hold of a very good lawyer, who may charge you a bit more, but it's worth it. [No, no, no, absolutely not, I'm not a lawyer or related to any.] I've personally worked with Ram Cheerath in NYC and have observed that his documentation brings amazing results. (At the moment, he doesn't even remember me!)

If you're the only child, then there's a huge possibility that your parents may stay over in the USA permanently and this causes a concern to the AMCON officials.

          Good luck.
