My parents applied for vis in Chennai consulate.
We had a malayalam translator
It went pretty well, only few questions asked

Why are you going?
to see my son and d-in-law
How long do u want to go?
1 month
But the application says 2 months?
Mom and dad laughs and the VO also laughs
Do u have property in kerala too
Dad says yes both chennai and kerala
How big is the house in chennai?
Dad responds
Ok, both of u got the visa and u will get the passport in courier
