Mother's Visa Rejected - Help Needed

Hi,

My mothers visa got rejected for two times in telugu recently as the visa officer felt she was unable to convince him with her reasons.

Now, my inlaws are attending the intrvew in july (in english). im planning to send my mom also along with them to attend the interview on the same day and with the same officer along with my in-laws. (all together as a group)

can i take an appointment for my mom like that or should i have to take a seperate appointment for her in telugu as she cannot speak english ?

please help......

Hi Monica,

You can send your mother with your in-laws, though she cannot speak English. Your in-laws can answer for her.

But she again need to show stronger ties back in India, as she got refused twice its always a risk to send her with the same set of papers that she took previous times.

I notice you did not mention what actually happened during your mother's visa interview. That might help to suggest anything to you.
