  • Help needed on I-134

We would like to visit the US for a period of one month. During this period , we will be staying with my brother-in-law , who is a Green Card holder , in Tampa , Florida. Other than staying with their family during this period , we will not be receiving any other support from him.

We will be taking with us around U.S. $ 5,000/- which we believe will suffice for our touring and shopping expenditure. We will be paying for our to and fro airfare ourselves.

Does my brother-in-law still have to send us the notarized I-134 form , or do we need just the invitation letter from him ?

    Regards ,

Having the I-134 only makes your case stronger. While for most citizens of other countries an invitation letter is enough (and sometimes, not even that is needed), indians happen to have a hard time getting visitor visas.

Get the I-134. It surely looks better than an invitation letter, and shows the VO you mean business.
