How many times the appointment can be cancelled?

How many times the appointment can be cancelled? I cancelled once, Can the HDFC receipt be used If I cancel second time? please advise.


I took appointment in last week of July for my mother,cancelled it and took for my father and mother in the first week of August.

Can the appointment be pre-ponned if I get a date ? does the HDFC receipt of my mother works If i cancel second time?

Yes sir.. Checked the VFS website more than 1000 times,they mentioned that It can be cancelled two times. and after that the HDFC receipt will be deactivated.Does it mean HDFC receipt can be used two times to book appointment or just once..I am little weak in intrepreting english.Please advise.

if you cancel a second time then the HDFC receipt will be put on hold for 90 days.

Be reasonable.

Do not cancel/post pone appointments, unless it's an emergency. Does not look good and they feel that you're not serious or have something else up your sleeve.
