Visitor Visa from Singapore US embassy

Hi

I plan to invite my sister who is a Singapore Permanent Resident. I beleive the process in Singapore US embassy is different than in India. I am not sending any documents from me except the invitation letter, as my sister would show her financial statements since she would sponsor for herself. She plans to apply for both herself and her 1 yr old baby. Does anyone have any idea on the documents that i need to send her for the interview purpose along with the invitation letter?Would appreciate anyone who has had such an experience share it.My sister is working in Singapore. Would it be better that my sister apply only for herself and her child for US visa, or is it better that both my brother in law and my sister apply for them along with their child in terms of strong ties to come back. Please advise.
