Visitor's Visa application for F4 visa holders

My sister holds a dependent F4 visa and she is in India and in the process of getting a divorce. She has her husbands surname and address in India in her passport. She also has her spouse's name in her passport. I want to apply for a visitor's visa with her maiden surname and current address.
1. Can anybody let me know if we require to change the name and address first in the passport to do that?
2. I also want to know if there is any complication in applying for visitor's visa when she holds a valid F4 visa.
3. What can be the possible complication in coming here with the valid F4 visa when there is a divorce case going on?

I don't see any special case here or any particular complications.

She does NOT have to change the name/address in passport first.
