    Can I settle in US on B1/B2 10Y/M ?

    Hi, I am currently in US and now I am planning to settle in US on my B1/B2 visa. My I-94 is still valid for 4 more months. Can you please help me how can I get the process started for applying my settlement in the USA.

    What is the procedure and how much time will it take?

    Please help me out!!!

    You can't really settle on B1/B2 visa.

    You have to look for some other visa such as H1 visa or marry US citizen or something like that.

      my question to you: if i stay intensionally in US, what will happen and in that circumstance what i have to do?
