Name Issue with my passport and parent

Hi,

I am planning to apply Tourist visa for my parents.

Fathers Name section of my passport has the Name misspelt

My Fathers Documents are having correct spelling (Passport,Govt Record and even my birth certificate)

How can i handle this problem.

My Company records and all the stuff related to my employement is having the mis spelt name.

Please reply to this query how can i handle this.

What name should use in I-134 Doc

As someone mentioned earlier, please do try to read other posts and you will get your answers immediately.

Anyway, your passport's information has nothing to do.

All the documents for your father should have the same spelling of his name, like his passport, his PAN card, his other identifications etc.

Your passport's father's name section is not being submitted for his visa application, so it does not apply.
