parents B1/b2 denied twice

i applied for my parents but it as denied 1 1/2 year ago. Now since my father has died i want to call my mother. her visa is denied 2 time sfor Us and 2 times for canada.Although we have submitted everything that was reqd.Money bank balance property papers.The councellor was rude and my parents were so mad about this and so I am . I ma here on H1 and noticed that so many with H1 have applied for parents and no problems.I want to apply now after giving a gap of 1 year. Can any body tell me should i take Travel agent help??or what should we do??

Travel agent can't really help. Travel agent should what they are supposed to, sell airline tickets. They are not visa experts and don't have any connections with US consulate.

you don't have to wait for long to re-apply, but do get an attorney, a very, very good one. it'll be worth it

sorry, one more thing. you can fax to your senator's office and request for help. make sure you fax them and not send a letter which takes a lot more time due to security reasons
