Present Occupation on DS 156

I have the following questions regarding DS 156
My in-laws has total 20 acres of land (every thing is not on one name) and I have written my in-law present occupation as Land Lord in DS 156 form.
Is it ok? If not what is the exact occupation we have to write (farmer, Agriculture etc...).

Can I edit the DS 156 now. They have got the appointment on 16th July. Any help is really appreciated.

Be truthful and consistent. If you've already mentioned something on the initial form, don't change your information.
Be honest and tell them that it's what it is.
