Help to get the visa for my MIL

My MIL appeared for visa interview during Nov 2006 and got rejected . The condition at that time was
1. She is a widow
2.She was a home maker .
3. Her only son was studying in India
4. Her daughter ( my wife ) is a h4 holder


We have now got the appointment again for Aug 20 th . The condition 2 and 3 above has changed at present as below

2. From past 6 months she joined an office as clerk in one of her relatives office .
3. Her son has finished the studies and joined an MNC in Bangalore

Will it help if we mention to the VO that she is working now and brings permission letter from her company

What are her chances this time due to changed employment conditions ? What else should we prepare this time to secure the visa ?
I will be the visa sponsor
