The question Im trying to sponsor my mom to come to US.i have one sis and one brother back in India.

Mom is widow and our property papers are in the bank as i had taken loan for higher education .

So how should my mother talk about the property she has to the VO . I mean can she take xerow copies of the house papers and does she need to do any evaluation of property through muncipal government or something like that.

Can you suggest.
