L1 Visa expires, sponsoring B2 for in laws

Hi,
1. I am in L1 Visa, expires(Petition Document) on Aug 15,2007 but I-94 valid till April, 2009. I am sponsoring B2 visa for my in-laws.Company lawyer told petition document have to be extended and will take atleast 2 months(By Sept,2007) time for the renewed petition. My parents in law has interview in July 25,2007. What document should I show as I am extending here beyond my VISA period ?

1. I am in L1 Visa, expires(Petition Document) on Aug 15,2007 but I-94 valid till April, 2009. I am sponsoring B2 visa for my in-laws.My parents in law have interview in July 25,2007(20 days prior to my petition expires).
Company processing the extension document but denied giving letter abt that and will take atleast 2 months(By Sept,2007) time for the renewed petition.

What document should I show as I am extending here beyond my VISA period with I-94 Status ?
