Deciphering 214b/221g/232x???

Hi folks –

Is there a document / pdf from where one can decipher what these codes mean – the complete explanation about them? I presume these are from some larger document - can someone send a web link to the document where one can decode all about 214b or 221g and such cryptic codes used liberally in this forum? Has someone compiled an explanation around these codes?
