Visitor Visa - Multiple visits within short duration outside USA

Guru's - please advise me.

My in-laws have a 10 year Visitor Visa.

First Visit - Stayed in USA for six months

Second Visit - Came back to US after 3 months in India. Had to face lot of questions during immigration. Stayed in USA for another six months.

Third Visit - Planning for third visit in less than 60 days to visit my new born baby.

Do you see any issues at the immigration???

shashism - Extremely risky is what I would say. Prepare your parents for a scenario where they will be sent back at the airport by INS. Remember - it is not the visa, rather the INS office at the port of entry that has the power to allow/reject a visitor.
