Here is list of questions VO asked my mom (Telugu)

My mom wished and handover the Passport with Cover Letter. She read the cover letter.
VO. Since how long your son is living in USA?
Mom. xxxx Years
VO. When did your son visit India?
Mom. Nov 1st to Nov 25th 2005
VO. Asked give me the papers sent by your son. When she look at the set of documents I sent she was smiling.
Because, I put tabs with name on each document.

Then the translator told my mom you got America Visa Have a nice time with you son’s
Family

We yet to know either it is 10 Years or Less.

Once again thanks to all Immihelp Members.

I noticed 2 things.

1) Write a good cover letter with detailed buut points stating that why our Parents will come back to INDIA
2) Arrange the documents and put tabs on each document write a name of the document.(index)

its 10 Years Multiple Enrtry Visa

My mom got Passport today and got Visa for 10 Years.

My mom applied 2 times and got refused.I am here on h1 visa. idid send all the papers but not very much in the bank around $5000 . she showed property etc and ties but they said no! could u please tell me what are the ppers u submitted and what?

My mom's visa got rejected twice and have not yet applied for the 3rd time. i would like help in preparing the invitation letter and other documents which would good in putting forward her case for the 3rd time.
