Sponsor not in US for the second visit

Hello,
I had sponsored visa for my parents and they got a 10 year multiple entry visa. They visited me while i was in the US 2 years back. Now i am no more in the US. My parents would like to visit my sister who is in the US now.

Is it possible for them to travel on the same Visa? Do they need to carry any other documents to prove that they are visiting my sister?

yes they can, no documents are really necessary, but a letter of invitation from your sister might be nice.
