H1/H4 expd on 7th jul 07.need to get parents in sep 07.pls help

our visas (H1 & H4) expd on 7th jul 07. renewal in process. need to get my parents in sep 07 for delivery. company says docs shld come across in 1st week of sep07. v r running out of time. can my parents apply for a tourist visa without a sponsor? if so what docs do they have to submitt. is there any other way or anyother docs tat cld help them with their visa?

You can sponsor them even after you get the filing receipt. You don't have to wait for the approval.

They can self-sponsor too. The documents are same as described at https://www.immihelp.com/usa-visas/visitor Just omit the documents like I-134. Rest is same.
