Could anyone tell me if DS-157 is required for applying for US visitor's visa at Chennai consulate. My parents have their appointment nextweek. I filled in their DS 156 application but the VFS site did not show link to DS 157 form. When I entered information to retrieve their appointment, it only shows a link to DS 156. I was expecting to see links to DS 156, DS 157 and the appointment letter for the interview. Am I doing something wrong? Please advice.
PS: I was expecting to see links to DS 157 and Interview Appointment letter along with DS 156 as I applied for an appointment for my parents 5 months ago. So just wondering if things have changed in recent months.
