Filled online app - waiting for date - how to print DS156 in the mean time

Hi, I have filled in my mom's application information at the VFS site, still waiting for date - now how can I print the DS156 form (info has already been entered into database)
When I re-open the DS156 form, it says DONT PRINT, CLICK ON CONTINUE

I have not sent my mother the documents yet since I am waiting to print this form.

If possible, I would like to mail the documents asap, and then keep checking for date.

One way (not the ideal way though) to do it would be to send all the documents except DS156 (and DS157 if applies) right away. You don't want to lose out on an early appointment just because your mom still doesn't have the docs yet. Say you get an appointment in a week (somebody might have cancelled theirs), there is no way you can utilize it since you cannot be sure that your mom will get the docs in time.

Once you get the appointment confirmed, you will be able to email the pdfs (DS156, DS157 and appointment letter) to your mom or somebody in India who can take printouts of those. They will then have to take a printout, and your mom will have to sign the DS156.

The only catch is, item 40 (question as to who filled the app.) cannot be filled as "No". Though you had filled the app., the application will say that your mom has filled the app herself.

Thanks for the idea, Nikki, I will do as you have suggested,

As you said, I found an appointment (someone must have cancelled) for July 18th - there was no way to send everything home in 2 days - so I had to let it go.

One more question - how/when will I be able to save the DS156 and appointment letter as PDF docs. Do these show up after I get the date?

Because as of now (with an appointment) I dont see any options to be able to print the DS156 form (I have entered all the info)
