Need Urgent Help with HDFC receipt

my parents are going for a visa interview on 6th august mean time they lost thier HDFC bank receipts. what to do now??? please help me fast so that i can ask them to make other arrangements.

tell them to go to the same HDFC bank where they paid the fees originally, with their passports, HDFC receipt number and all other identification they have, explain the situation to them and see how they can help..
