DS-156 form, are any of the following persons in US (or) Do they have legal PR (or) citizenship ?
My Daugheter and son-in-law in US with L2 and L1 .. Can I select field "Daughter" alone and say L2 visa ...as I don't have option to select son-in-law and say L1...

(or) This field to be filled only if relatives has green card or citizenship ? Please advice...

You definitely have to mention about your daughter.

It's been a while since I've seen this form. If there's space below, mention your son-in-law or just inform this during your interview.

Your daughter being your direct blood relative, it's important that you mention her presence in the U.S.
