I currently hold a B2 visa valid until 2010 and understand that it allows me to remain in USA for periods of up to 6 months. I have a home in USA and would like to spend more time there in the future. Please can you confirm what the 6 month period means:
6 months in total in any calender year ?
6 month block in any calender year
option for frequent vists of eg. 2 - 3 months with returns to UK in between, on a rolling basis with no more than 6 months at any one time ?
I have tried to find this information on your website, but cannot find a definitive answer.
