If I have filled up the application at the VFs site but appointment date is not taken so far.I have opted the Hindi language that time but interview is now available in English language can I change the language in filled up application or I need to filled up again or have to wait for 1 week time so that application get expired their.

For General Information email at [email protected] or Call regional helpline number at Chennai 044-42316767. It is not clear as to which region you have chosen to file the Visa application. So you can avail the appropriate numbers for enquiry in the following site www.vfs-usa.co.in and accordingly follow the proceedure. -

You cannot change language of already saved application form. You need to create a new application form with language as English.
Another point is, you need not wait for 1 week for your application saved in days to expire, what you can do is
-> go to your saved application -> you will see add applicant and delete applicant option -> select delete applicant
You are now eligible to enter make new application. As simple as that
