Doc relating to non-sponsor son

Hi,

My parents have two sons (in US, both H1B) and one daughter (living with them). I am sponsoring them. What docs should my parents carry, with regard to my borther's status here.

Should my brother's passport and visa copy be sufficient? or they needs to carry all docs like his W2, Employer's letter, IT return etc. Could not find a thread discussing this issue.
