item 10 asks if i have submitted visa to CIS?
now that fact that i am sponsoring my wife for green card (applied I-130 (which is an immigrant visa) 3-4 yrs back) means i have to state that.
i don't understand instructions here saying that for spouse you shouldnot state that? what gives?
