Booking visa interview date help please...ASAP

My dad took HDFC receipt a month ago. Who should book the interview date? them or me(Iam in USA)?? Please explain the process to me. My dad said when he is trying to book the interview date its asking him so many questions he is confused. PLEASE HELP ASAP. Thanks.

Anyone with all the necessary data can book for visa interview date for your parents. Since it is online booking, the place where you reside doesnot really matter.
If your father is confused, you can help him in filling the online form.
