Signature poblem

Hello

I am extending my MIL visitor's visa. She do not know how to sign her name. She has always used finger prints for signature. Same thing with her passport. Now that i have filled her extension application I539, she needs to sign it. Can she use fingerprints for signature.

Hi all

I called Notary services and according to them there are banks and credit unions who have finger print facilities. I took my Mother in law to one of the credit unions and they finger printed her and notarized it.
Hopefully this should suffice.
