My parents had visa interview today at chennai consulate & they got it approved. The visa interview was in English.
My father is retired and my mom is housewife. I am sponsoring my parents (i am on H1) and my brother is currently in US (on H1) for an assignment.
The questions asked are below
1. What my father is doing?
2. Since my father is retired, the CO asked when he retired and from which company and what was his job profile?
3. What my mom is doing?
4. How many children?
5. What is ur son & daughter doing?
6. Where is ur son working? What is his salary? If he is married.
7. CO asked if we have property.
That's it, CO just checked my I134 & passport copy.
CO collected my parents passport & wished them good luck.
I prepared all the documents as given in this forum and it was helpful. Thanks a lot and hope the info i provided is helpful to others.
