English Appointment in Delhi For hindi Speaking person

Hi,
It is given on your site that in New delhi you can book your appointment in english even if the candidate does not know english, at the time of interview he/she can request for hindi interview. Is it right??

That is right. You can request Hindi at the window on the day of interview.

I saw it somewhere one day but now i don't see it. i am sorry.
Could anybody confirm that hindi speaking person can take an appointment in english and request for a hindi interview on the day of interview in Delhi consulate?? Please reply urgently because i have already taken appointment in enlish.
