Vistor visa for uncle and aunt

Hi,

We are applying visa for my uncle(my Father's brother) and aunt.

1) Uncle speaks english, aunt doesn't -- can I still book the appt in english?

2) how do I prove that he is my uncle?

1. Yes.
2. Your certificate will show who your father is.
Your father's birth certificate and your uncle's birth certificate together will show that they have same parents (or at least one same parent).
That is how you prove he is your uncles.
I understand that birth certificates of your father and your uncle may not be readily available. But that is the way to prove it.
