  • Parents Applying at Chennai - English or Regional Language?

    Folks,

My dad is comfortable in English, while my mom is not. I am applying for both mom/dad at the same time.

If I book English appointment, can my dad be the translator for any questions directed to my mom..

Has anyone gone through this scenario recently in Chennai?

Sorry if this has been asked before, I tried my search without any luck..

I bet my chances of getting English appointment for
2 people when compared to regional appointment...

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi

I dont see any problem here... he can always say she cannot understand English and translate... As i know many people in the same situation.

    Hope this helps...

      Thx for the reply...

From "share experiences" section, it seems they ask mom very few questions.
As long as my dad can translate, it should be fine. VO should not feel that my parents should have gone with Tamil appt and not English appt..
