Pls help mistake in interview pg

We were tryin to book a appointment thro a consultancy for my mother, intial while bookin she made a mistake in 156 form from Qn1- Qn14 which is not changible, she we changed the appointment

now again she madea mistake on the interview sheet sayin that her state of residence is AP instead of TN(coz my mother is a widow and she is stayin in my aunty in AP, but her passport is chennai
pls anyone answer my question:

how many times can we change appointment dates
And having residence in AP is it fine

she got rejected 3 times and i am the only daughter, so we taught this time we will take help of consultancy but they r making mistakes in the beginnin itself with the appointment bookin

if she has been staying with your aunt for more than last 6 months then her current residence is AP. It does not matter if her passport says Chennai.
