urgent help for visitor visa..........

i am on h4 in usa .me and my husband wants to sponsor my brother in india.he is married.he wants to come here for baptism ceremony of my son.and wants to go back within 1 month.my parents also have visitor visa.they come here and go back within time.he has strong ties in india.and good bank balance.we have send him all the required documents.what are his chances of getting visa and what suggestions you can give to make his case more stronger.and what are the things about which he should be more careful.
