parents attending to interview

hi can any one tellme what if parents dont have any property in thier name, and my father is a business man 3 years back . i have a younger unmarried brother in india. brother is doing job. we mentioned our father occupation as farmer in ds-156 as my father looks after my grandfathers(mothers father) farm, as my grandfather dont have any male child. what documents they have to show now. plz answer to my questions

It is important to understand that documents only have secondary value, in
a majority of cases are not even looked at. Decisions are made mainly on the basis of the applicant's answers to officer's questions.

Property is not mandatory but may help if other factors are negative.
A decision in your case will depend on your dad's income. A low income will decrease the chances because your brother is independent and is not your parent's tie to India. It would have been better in your case for your mother to apply alone first. That way your dad would have acted as a tie for her.
Once she had made a trip , your dad could apply alone.
